OUR METHOD

Next, we go to the bathrooms, where we sanitize the toilets, showers, and tubs while keeping all surfaces free of soap scum and mildew. We dust and wipe down surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors in both the living and bedroom areas. To reduce germ spread, our team focuses on high-touch areas like light switches and door handles. Furthermore, we clean behind appliances, inside cabinets, and along baseboards.

We also provide optional services such as carpet steam cleaning and window washing to enhance cleanliness. We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are both effective and safe for the environment, ensuring a healthy space for future occupants. Finally, we conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure that all aspects of the cleaning meet our high standards, giving you peace of mind as you prepare to relocate.

☑️ All grease/grime and evidence of use is removed 

☑️ Degrease and clean grill and grill plates 

☑️ Clean and degrease all oven trays and racks

☑️ Remove dust from skirting boards and picture rails

☑️ Clean fixtures (switches/doorbell/door handles/locks)

☑️ Clean high touch areas – Door handles/light switches

☑️ Remove dust and clean ceiling fans

☑️ Clean light fittings where accessible (including removal of bugs)

☑️Cleaning of vents (air conditioning / heater)

Internal Windows

☑️ Wipe down of glass surfaces
       (fly screens must be removed prior to clean)

☑️ Wipe down window sills and tracks (where accessible)

☑️ Cobweb removal around accessible areas 

 Laundry

☑️ Clean and dry buff sink/tub & taps

☑️ Clean down and wipe all bench-top surfaces

☑️ Clean down and wipe all bench-top surfaces

☑️ Clean light fittings where accessible (including removal of bugs)

☑️ Clean all door and window frames

☑️ Clean high touch point areas (door handles/light switches/electrical                   points)

If scheduled and added to your clean, we will try our best to take care of the “Extra” items, but we cannot guarantee that your results will be the same.

What’s excluded?

❌ Washing dishes

❌ Cleaning of ceilings, windows and any other surfaces outside of normal           reach

❌ Cleaning of deep/permanent stains, pet messes, pet odours and other               heavy soiling

❌ Building material & building rubbish removal

❌ Mould Removal

❌ Cleaning or removing of flyscreens

❌ Cleaning or maintenance of outside areas such as patios and gardens

❌ Lifting heavy items (such as furniture or white goods)

❌ Cleaning of exterior including, walls and windows*

       (*when External Window cleaning is not booked)
